i am a very firm believer in topicalities. to me, they make or break a negative team. if you don't have strong argumentation on the part of giving an impact analysis, you lose the round. inherently, the affirmative team has reason to believe their plan will work, but need to be a true believer and be able to counter any argument the negative team can bring.
